PDG Lisa Hunt is the District Chair of Rotary International's principal Charity and Charitable Grants organisation, The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International (TRF). TRF is one of the very few non-government Charities that enjoy a 4-Star (ie. the very best) rating with Charity Navigator. Our club has benefited multiple times from a grant from TRF, particularly in relation to our international projects.Lisa's visit is particularly important as on Saturday, 24th October is World Polio Day. TRF is the principal instigator of the worldwide effort to eradicate the Polio virus.
