Nerida Dean is the District Chair of Australian Rotary Health (ARH - formerly the Australian Rotary Health Research Fund). ARH is a major independent health research charity supported by Rotary clubs nationwide. Primarily focusing on mental health research, particularly in early childhood (ages 0-12), it also funds Indigenous health scholarships, rural medical/nursing scholarships, and general medical research. In past years (decades?) our club supported this uniquely Australian Rotary associated organisation. This is your opportunity to become (re)acquainted again. We'll also welcome Maddison McEwan, who was admitted to the 2027 National Youth Science Forum. Our club is sponsoring her application, including a 50% financial contribution. Maddie will briefly introduce herself and outline her future aims relating to this top STEM course. |
